Turn down the lights, silence notifications, and reduce stimulation.
2. Put on chill beats (2 minutes)
Choose something instrumental - no lyrics, no pressure, just soothing sounds.
3. Breathe on purpose (2 minutes)
Inhale slowly, exhale longer than you inhale. Let your shoulders drop.
4. Move your body gently (3 minutes)
Roll your neck, move your shoulders, shake out tension.
