Chill Bites: Yogurt Parfait for a Light Reset π¦π«
π Yogurt Parfait Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup yogurt or greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup granola
fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or banana)
1β2 teaspoons honey (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Add a layer of yogurt to a glass or bowl.
Add a layer of granola (I usually crush some almonds, walnuts, halzelnuts)
Add fresh fruit.
Repeat layers as desired.
Drizzle honey on top if you prefer a touch of sweetness. (My sweetness of choice is a few chocolate chips)
