Chill Bites: Yogurt Parfait for a Light Reset 🍦🫐

Some meals don’t need to be heavy to feel satisfying. A parfait is traditionally a cold layered treat made from either ice cream, custard or yogurt.

A yogurt parfait is one of those simple options that feels fresh, balanced, and easy to enjoy at any time of day. It’s light, slightly sweet, and perfect for a calm moment.

πŸ“ Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt or greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or banana)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)

  • chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add a layer of yogurt to a glass or bowl.

  2. Add a layer of granola (I usually crush some almonds, walnuts, halzelnuts)

  3. Add fresh fruit.

  4. Repeat layers as desired.

  5. Drizzle honey on top if you prefer a touch of sweetness. (My sweetness of choice is a few chocolate chips)
